Kalvert Associates
maintains a policy of paying (you) up to a $5,000
bonus for refinery chemical engineering referrals
resulting in a fee for the successful placement
of a candidate (not you) with any of the firm’s
clients. A refinery chemical engineering referral
is defined as an individual with at least a B.S.
Chemical Engineering, possessing operating refinery
company experience, and not in an active status
in the firm's database. Referrals must become active
candidates within six months of referral and commence
employment with one of the firm’s clients
within twelve months of referral.

Whom
Should You Refer?
Kalvert Associates' objective focuses on expanding
its refinery chemical engineer contact network.
In this era of downsizing, rightsizing, re-engineering,
rationalization, consolidation, joint ventures,
mergers, and acquisitions, everyone has considered
evaluating external career options at one time
or another. In this uncertain environment, all
refinery chemical engineers are potential referrals.
What About Confidentiality?
The level of confidentiality is up to the referral
source. Some referral sources choose complete
anonymity; the referral source remains confidential.
The other option grants the recruiter permission
to mention the source’s name. The choice
is yours.
How To Make A Referral?
To keep the firm’s referral program as simple
and straight forward as possible, you personally
have to make the referral to receive the referral
bonus. You cannot depend on the referred candidate
to identify you as the source of the referral.
